Mushroom's bigger than my hand at a Paris market October 2010
Now that the family has all returned to the towns and cities where they call home. I am settling back into my routine. Walking, golfing, knitting reading and trying new recipes. This month from the book, Around my French Table by Dorie Greenspan I will be trying the following recipes: Paris Mushroom Soup, Gnocchi a la Parisienne, Michel Rostang's Double Chocolate Mousse Cake and Chicken B'Stilla. Should be fun especially the gnocchi as I have always wanted to try making gnocchi.
