Christmas Meals for 2009

Over the weekend of Christmas found many recipes that were keeper's French Onion Soup from the cookbook from Bouchon's of the French Laundry and Thomas Keller.  Incredible soup and we wondered why we had never made it before.  For Christmas Eve had a wonderful Saffron Scented Fish Stew.  Then on Christmas day with my new fluted cookie cutters made Linzer Cookies with the recipe coming from Cooking Light magazine.  I know I have to start taking pictures of these wonderful dishes

Everything French

Having seen the movie "Paris" and hoping to go to a French Bistro for dinner.  I am trying to do all things French as at this time I can't travel and or live in France like Julia Child.  I have also been testing my hands at making artisan breads.  I will post pictures of both my failures and my successes
